Description
This is our very first workshop series in our ‘Meditations and Talk’ program. It is offered as a new decade approaches and calls us to honour our personal growth and to embrace the changes that each decade brings. In this three-part series, we will take pause in our lives to better understand the person we are today and to what extent that is aligned with the way we live our lives. We will begin with a short meditation to relax and ground us. There will be readings from works of inspiring authors, thought-provoking discussion and self-examination exercises. You are welcome to quietly contemplate or to share your thoughts with the group. We will end with a relaxing guided meditation to help process our new insights and to prepare us for a relaxing night. Refreshments provided.
