In a small class setting, Heather will begin with a relaxing meditation and then take you through the basic yoga postures and show you the best way for you to perform them. You will also learn about the benefits of regular practice and what the different styles of yoga have to offer you. Beginners and experienced yoga students can benefit from this close examination of postures. Just wear comfortable clothing and bring your questions.
